polypropylene or nylon carpet tiles?
both polypropylene & nylon carpet tiles are an ideal floor covering option for commercial use whether it be in an office block, hospitality & residential living spaces, or in education establishments. Polypropylenes offer a cost-effective starting point, which makes them great for dilapidation or those looking to keep costs to a minimum, however they do come with some quality drawbacks. Nylon carpet tiles however are the most durable option when choosing a tile for a busy, high-footfall area. There is a noticeable price difference between the two yarn choices, hopefully the table below can outline some of the key differences:

Our 400gsm polypropylene Broadway (PP) tile is our own brand, UK stocked tile which we have manufactured for those cost critical jobs; with over 10,500m2 recently sold, this is perfect for office refurbs on a budget or for laying a floor in a hurry.
Mid-Range
Products we sell day in, day out; industry known products meeting the requirements of cost friendly & durable nylon. These selection of products are all relatively on par with each other in terms of quality & cost.
Premium
Products are what we’d consider to be the more higher end of carpet tiles we offer. Structured loops combine both a low & high level loop giving a more premium style & feel. Understandably higher in cost due to the quality & manufacturing process, these products are used when quality is key over price.
Schools & Education
We sell a lot of products direct to schools & facilities management companies. These products have been used in schools & classrooms for over 40 years & stand the test of time in quality & durability; UK manufactured & competitively priced.
