polypropylene Vs nylon

Your Product

Standard UK carpet tiles are 50cm x 50cm. Different styles & layouts can be achieved using a 25cm x 100cm plank.
Generally speaking polypropylene yarn is softer & less durable than nylon yarn. Polypropylene carpet tiles are cheaper & usually not castor chair rated. Nylon is much more durable, castor chair rated & twice the life-expectancy. More info here.
Low-level loop is the 'normal' style of carpet tile. Structured loop features a low & higher loop to create a more premium feel. Ribbed & velour are manufactured differently using needle punch/fibre bonding & would have a more rougher, durable feel.
Carpet tiles come in all sorts of specification & different suppliers retail at different prices. Let us know what's in your mind when it comes to your budget. Prices shown are exc VAT.
