We need to check the spec!
Why? Well, some of our more premium suppliers mainly deal in the premium side of the market where their products are heavily specified by either architects or project managers, some colours/products are specific to certain brands, etc.
We are asked by the suppliers/manufacturers to acquire the following information so that they can check to see if the project is logged & if there is a special/set price for that project. All information is kept confidential between yourselves, ourselves & the supplier. Any other customers who may tender for the same project will receive the same rates we are quoting.
- Project name/business name:
- Project manager (usually yourself/company):
- Specifier/architect:
- Installation address:
- Product name, colour, m2 required: (ignore if already disclosed)
- Estimated required date (i.e ASAP, or a rough date):
- Supply call-off amount (i.e supply all at once or in stages; if in stages please advise amounts & time-scales):
The suppliers who will most likely require this include: Interface, Tarkett DESSO, Burmatex, modulyss, Miliken, Gerflor Gradus, Forbo, IVC Commercial, Mohawk, & more.
